Big fan of Brewers. They’re choosy with what they stock, and all good quality, and prices are reasonable. Staff helpful and knowledgeable. Like also how they distribute specialist paints, too.

Sadly I went with my painter and decorater to get paints and wallpaper. I needed the whole house transformed and sadly the staff were rude and uninterested. So we left empty handed and went elsewhere.

On two separate occasions I have placed…
On two separate occasions I have placed and paid for online orders based on the stock levels of the items available for collection from my chosen store. These are the only two orders I have placed with brewers and on both occasions the stock levels have been totally incorrect and consequently I have not been able to collect the items next day but have had to wait up to five days for the stock to arrive at the store for me to collect.
The brewers available stock levels are not to be believed.

Thank you for your review Jade!
Excellent, even for DIY customers.
I have been a DIY customer of Brewers in London and Bath over the years and prefer doing business with them than with their competitors. The Bath staff are excellent, and the online & instore product offerings are great and well priced.

Friendly and polite service
Friendly and polite service. Good prices when on offer.
Only possible improvement would be to provide, when ordering, information on how long they will keep a click and collect item at the store. Otherwise very efficient service.
