Ordered paint online and within a few minutes received a call from a very pleasant lady telling me my order was ready to collect. That is an unusual level of service these days - and much appreciated.... Ver mais

Wanted this Farrow and Ball paint to match up with our existing colours. Was able to order and pick up from my local store to save on delivery charges. It was even a few pounds cheaper than the F&B... Ver mais

Poor local service
I ordered some stuff over the Internet and waited patiently for the text to tell me that is was ready to pickup. The text never came. When I phoned I went straight through to head office and they said that my order was showing that it was ready and to wait for the text from them. The text again, never came. So I went to the branch and it was empty. I waited about 5 minutes until someone appeared and went to get my order. No apology, no dialogue, just here's your order, bye!
You wouldn't get ti's kind of service from Screwfix!!

Pleasantly surprised - Now that Brewers is on my radar it will be my first choice for decorating.
I'm not in the trade so typically I use B&Q or Wickes. I needed OSMO UV protection oil for an recently installed expensive Hardwood Gate. An online search directed me to Brewers where I found this premium product at a significantly cheaper price than elsewhere. I ordered to click and collect. Whilst in store I was tempted by their great range of preparation products, items ideal for the job but which I didn't know existed from my DIY store experience. Now that Brewers is on my radar it will be my first choice for decorating.

Staff in your Birkenhead store are so…
Staff in your Birkenhead store are so helpful that is why even though you are more expensive i am prepared to shop there. They are a credit to your organisation and i hope you pass my comments on to them. Without them it would be B&Q as they are cheaper.
