The order was easily made, great website. The colour I couldn't find anywhere else or had to wait three days or more. Plus brewers were the cheapest deals. 100% Recommend. Thanks again 👍.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us.
Uncompetitive
Researching pricing for Sandtex 365 paint. Best online price including delivery DCOPRO £55. Brewers price £71.48 for collection. Even B&Q is cheaper at £65.09.
What’s gone wrong with Brewers ?

Hi Mark, thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you found us to be expensive. We offer a price match guarantee and so if you do find the product cheaper elsewhere, speak to the local team and they will be able to give you more information. With a Brewers account you could benefit from trade terms, plus new account holders get 2 x 20% vouchers to use with their first two transactions! We also have some monthly promotional offers and discounts available here - https://www.brewers.co.uk/products/promotions. I hope this helps! Kind regards, Shannon.

Thanks for your feedback! We're so pleased you enjoyed your experience and look forward to welcoming you back in to store soon!
Unhappy with delivery time
Delivery was taking ages, so after a week I contacted Brewers to find out where it was.
I was told it had been sent back due to a tin being damaged. Why wasn't I informed of this instead of being left waiting not knowing?
After contact it was delivered in a couple of days.
It would be helpful if they'd keep their customers up to date if problems like that happen.

Hi Kath
I'm sorry to hear about the delay of your delivery and the lack of communication about your order. I have passed your comments onto the store and they are going to raise this with the courier, who should inform us of damaged stores sooner. Apologies for any inconvenience and we hope to welcome you back in the future!
Kind regards,
Ellie
Highly recommended
This is a great paint store with lovely patient staff who go above and beyond the call of duty to help ( even with me, miss fussy 😂)
Their prices are good too!
And I saved £’s on using too many testers due to the outstanding advice!

Great Customer Service at Holdenhurst Road Store
I would just like to say that on visiting the store in Holdenhurst Road I was pleasantly surprised at how informative two of your colleagues Sarah & Kim were. They were extremely helpful & I felt very safe with the precautions they had in places all the while having a bit of fun with the stripy sock Friday thing going on especially as I too had stripy socks on.
