Amazing service from Brewers in Mile End…
I was trying to adjust the colour of a paint I had bought previously (and elsewhere) and went to Brewers in Mile End to get some advice. The gentleman behind the counter went out of his way to help and brought me to the tint machine to look at the paint colours and the pigments used so I could get an idea of how to get to the required colour. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name (his accent sounded Dutch or German I think), but I really appreciate the service provided. To add, I was there that day as I had used click and collect to get a small bottle of floor varnish and it was ready for collection the next day as promised.

My order hasn’t arrived
My order hasn’t arrived. It should have been ready to collect from the 01/05. I was supposed to have had an update today and not a word. I ordered this item on the 23rd April and it’s now the 5th May.
The only reason I have given one star is because I had to give one to write the review.
