Fantastic
I visited Brewers this week with the intention of buying some paint for my new flat. Jamal and Mylo were really friendly and gave me excellent advice, mixed the required paint there and then, and gave me a 20% off card. The quality of the paint is superb and I won’t be going anywhere else to buy paint in the future. Thanks guys!

Hi Anna, thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I am sorry for the delay with your order, I have passed your comments back to the local team. We do hope we can welcome you back into store in the future. Kind regards, Shannon.
Fabulour customer service!
I visited Brewers Brixton for the first time today and could not have had a better experience. The staff were very knowledgeable and helped me buy the right balance of premium praint, where needed, and colour matched, where it would be a good equivalent. They were really friendly and VERY tolerant of my slightly disorganised shopping list. And beyond that they went out of their way to make sure I benefitted from my membership card. i will certainly pass on the word. Beyond great service guys, thank you!

I'm glad to hear the staff in store were helpful and you had a great experience. We look forward to welcoming you back :)
Wrong Item
Available quickly, but when I went to collect the item I had ordered, I was given a (cheaper?) alternative. It was changed when I questioned why it wasn’t the the Osmo brand I had ordered. Genuine mistake or deliberate attempt to fob me off with different product. It’s difficult to be sure.

Resposta da Brewers Decorator Centres - Brixton
Hi Ian, thanks for leaving your feedback. This was a genuine mistake; we wouldn’t supply a different product on collection that was ordered in advanced. Looking forward to welcoming you back into store soon!
Brilliant service
I collected the wrong paint this morning from Brixton. Milo, who dealt with me, sorted the problem out in the most professional and unexpected way. I can't thank him enough for what he did. If all Brewers staff are as diligent and caring then it's the best place to get paint from.

Most confrontational and hostile experience I’ve ever encountered as a customer
On 23/10/21 at Brewers Acre Lane, I encountered the rudest, most confrontational and unprofessional staff member I’ve ever experienced employed within a customer services role. She was intentionally unhelpful, irritable and hostile and I’d highly recommend you avoid this place if you want to avoid an unnecessarily unpleasant experience.

Dear Allie
I’m really sorry to read your 1* review, this is most out of character for our staff in store and I have passed your comments on so someone will look into this. I hope you choose to come back into store for future decorating needs.
Kind regards
Ellie
Quick and easy to order online for a…
Quick and easy to order online for a click and collect service. I ordered while in my bed early morning and the order was confirmed for collection within 20 minutes. I was very impressed. I was served by one of the management team who was very friendly and the service was quick.
