I visited my local Brewers to buy a specialist situation paint as promoted by Brewers, which prompted my enquiry and order.
I visited my local Brewers to buy paint and brushes. The paint I wanted to use wasn't available and I was told that 'click and collect' would be the quickest way to get it delivered to the same branch in a day or two. It was over a week which was disappointing as I'd missed the opportunity to use it before Christmas. I put the delay down to Christmas deliveries/delays.

Hi Lee, thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I am sorry for the delay and lack of communication regarding your recent order. We work hard to make sure our deliveries are as accurate as possible, and I am sorry that on this occasion it was not. We do hope to welcome you back in the future. Kind regards, Shannon.
Great staff
Great staff, under great management. But unfortunately under pressure with work load and the phones are not always answered.
You then get put through to the central call center… which is no help at all. Brewers inc need to sort this problem.

Really happy to have a local Brewers. I’ve used them a couple of times recently and have always been dealt with by friendly, polite staff who didn’t make me feel stupid when I asked some pretty amateur questions! Will be using them again :))
