Brewers Decorator Centres - Chester Opiniões

Order never turned up which isn't great when your a professional painter relying on it to finish a job. Phoned Chester branch asking where it was, to be told it wasn't coming so asked for my money back which they did.

Incredible service- paint ordered Sunday afternoon, it was mixed and delivered (with a chat and a smile) before lunch on the Monday. (Delivery even beat the email notification it was out for delivery!)
Impressive, thanks 😃

Popped into your Chester branch on Sat to use my 20% discount (thank you). Vaguely knew what colour I wanted, but was advised by Andrew (?) and he was absolutely right. What a pleasure to have that exchange face-to-face which is very rare these days. Will definitely use this shop again and will recommend to all for service, knowledge and a good old banter 😊

Over the last year I have been renovating my house and the team at Brewers have been exceptional. I have absolutely no clue about paint, I have been in there for hours getting countless colour samples, they've supported me though different paint types, sealants, rollers, fillers and helped me to understand and choose what's right for me :) Their customer service is excellent, carry my paint to the car, always friendly and chatty while being served, very quick and efficient :) Their support has been amazing, particularly Sophie and Andrew.. I'll honestly be sad when my house is done, they're both so lovely.. I might start painting things outside just to go and say hi :)

Very easy website to navigate. Great price, good communication with the company (they actually rang me to tell me of a slight delay) and great price.

Massive thank you to Andrew at the Chester branch today who went above and beyond to get me the paint I needed, first class service

A big shout out to Brewers Chester and their amazing customer service.
Richie and Sophie have been amazing.
Keep up the good work guys.

Great customer service. Very helpful and they take their time to explain all options available.

Excellent service, extremely knowledgeable & gave me some essential advice about how to repaint my decking. The manager (Graham, I think) was absolutely brilliant & I can’t thank him enough for his time & advice.

Bought 5 litres F and B emulsion at an excellent price. It was in the shop in a couple of days.

We Love Brewers in Chester! Such knowledgeable and helpful staff and stockists of everything you could wish for when redecorating!

Andrew and all the staff at brewers Chester are extremely helpful… I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Their expertise is invaluable. Thank you

Thank you to the staff at Chester shop - who did help with the delayed order.

Always a busy shop but always great service and advice with a smile.
Thank you to Andrew from the Chester Branch.

Excellent company - order arrived the same day! Couldn’t ask for more

The staff at Brewers' Chester store are very friendly and always ready to give helpful advice. I was struggling to find the best treatment for a valuable oak mantelpiece, but they helped me choose a really good one. There was a serious supply issue with the manufacturer, but they managed to fulfill my requirements.

nice patient staff, good prices and also their Albany Pink Smoothie exterior masonry paint. Pleasant change to deal with sympathetic human beings. First time house owner not a trade painter. Last here under Robinson & Neal. also a good outfit.

Ordered my paint from Brewers I wanted it asap arranged to collect.
Order was ready as requested as were a few ancillaries
No problems will more than likely use again 5star
