I have been using Brewers in Dunstable, for many years,
And the quality of the service, has always been excellent, the staff are friendly and helpful and very efficient

First class service great company to deal with thank you dunstable branch

Easy use, local store, friendly service, but item took a bit longer to arrive than at first stated, but no problem!

Rediculously high prices and wouldn't pricematch. I visited the Dunstable branch today to buy 10L of Johnstones Brilliant White Coverplus. I usually buy online from decoratingcentreonline.co.uk ( free next day delivery for £33.99) but on this occasion I wanted it same day. Brewers wanted just over £45. I aske for a pricematch only to be told that they couldn't as the item was already discounted. This is in breach of their own terms and frankly a very poor service. In general the prices at Brewers are way more than many online stores. In fact B&Q, Screwfix, Wickes and the like often give better prices. I won't be using my account much in the future.

Update:
I received a call from the store manager and he informed me it was a mistake on belhalf of the sales assistant. A pricematch should have been processed. he apologised for the error. (I've amended my score to reflect the response, although I stick by my claim of high prices)

I Made a mistake regarding shade of paint, shop was very helpful and remixed for me. Paint went on well and looks good.
Thank you

went in and was quoted a price for several items, so priced the job accordingly then went back a couple of days latter and was told a price £30 more wont be using them again

Straightforward transaction. Happy with goods and friendly enough staff.

I ordered the paint Sunday, it was mixed and ready for me to collect Monday morning.

Great range of quality paints. I went in store, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Had the feel of an independent store. Excellent customer service.

All perfect
Thanks

Great range, spot on notifications and stock availability. Friendly helpful staff.

Order was sitting ready to collect; great service!

Ordering, service great 👍

Ordered on line then collected at shop.
All ok and at a good price.

Great personal service. Advised me away from trying to mix a certain colour in a product that wouldn't have given a good finish, and offered an alternate.

Quick friendly service. Lots of selection in store.
