Brewers Decorator Centres - Eastbourne (Decorators Warehouse) Opiniões

I have now been to Brewers Decorating Centre in Eastbourne three times and every time the customer services is terrible. The website says there is expert advice given however each time I have asked for advice the person helping has no idea about most of the products in the shop and does not even vaguely go out of there way to even try and find out. I ordered some expensive paint and made a mistake in my colour choice. One hour later I called to see if I could change the colour and the person who helped me did not even try to phone the warehouse or make any effort whatsoever to try and help me. Really poor poor service!!

My experience with Brewers has been exceptional. They had the best deal on Culprinal and "delivered" within 24 hours even though im not a trader. Slight issue with delivery but Jacqui was amazing and we got it all sorted. Amazing service

Very fast and efficient service helpful staff and very friendly

The service was very good but the prices are astronomical, around a third more expensive than elsewhere. On another occasion I was quoted £76 for a paint that I bought the same product elsewhere for £45, it is unjustifiable

It was easy to order and the delivery from Brewers was very quick, altogether a tip top service.

Great service from this specialist supplier of paint. Very competitive price and secure rapid delivery. I'll be back for more in the future.

Always very helpful and prices good to,and a lot of knowledge about products

I had looked everywhere local and the wallpaper was sold out then I found some on Brewers site in Eastbourne . I’m near Oldham OL3 , I ordered the wall paper on Sunday morning even though it said next day delivery I didn’t think it would be with me ordering on a Sunday but low and behold it arrived Monday morning I would definitely recommend this company . Super fast service and delivery spot on 👍

I visited the newly opened Herne bay store. The staff were very friendly when I was in the store.
The young lady was very helpful when I ordered my wallpaper and she suggested the paste to use. I will be back there again shortly.Good luck to you all.Carol Chance

Ordered a roller blind from the Eastbourne branch, including fitting. We received excellent service both in-store and with their fitting service. Highly recommend!

Excellent service provided. Prompt preparation of my order.

Had shutters fitted, excellent service from point of contact to completion Bernard the fitter was superb and professional . Great job would highly recommend

A good range of products, very helpful staff. This is a great place for your DIY or professional needs.

I didn’t receive the notification that my click and collect order was ready for collecting. Emailed to request refund as needed to sort an alternative day before. Local store called and I was told it had arrived. I asked for refund as was too late and was told refund would be processed. I was then contacted by central customer service who said I needed to go to local store to get refund…….Still haven’t had refund as haven’t been able to get in to store.

Excellent service!
