Brewers Decorator Centres - Eastbourne Opiniões

Sample came very quick loved it ordered I’d came on time. Very good delivery. Looks very good. Thank you.

Just purchased a large quantity of exterior paint from your store in Victoria Rd, Stoke on Trent. Served by a young chap who goes by the name of “Archie”a very helpful and personable lad. However my first encounter on entering the store was with a chap called Rob, quite a surly character, I think he was some sort of manager.
Thought it best for you to know, without getting the guy in trouble that he possibly needs a lesson in customer relations.

Really great service from Gary in Eastbourne. He went out of his way to find the right product for us, this took quite a bit of his time but he remained cheerful and polite throughout. Thank you!

I ordered Cole & Son wallpaper online. It was hand delivered and a signature was required. An excellent service all round.

I ordered a 5 litre tin of Superior Danish Oil. It was delivered within 48 hours in Brewers own van. Better than Amazon (for large liquids) who lost one order with a courier and could not deliver another within two weeks

Excellent service and good personal attention.

Brewers has a wide range of products to choose from and I was very pleased with the quick delivery of my paint. It was well packed, which is important for paint because I have had other paint from companies which has arrived damage and leaking . Definitely recommend.

Excellent all round service. Have used Brewers for years and will continue to do so.

I ordered wallpaper, click & collect. I was phoned 2 days later to say it was ready for collection. Collecting was easy. The wallpaper is good quality and looks lovely on the wall. Thank you.

Online order delivered next day. Quality products at competitive prices.

Top rate service providing a great range of products. Delivered to the door next day. Thank you folks.

My account was set up, order placed to deliver goods, money taken at checkout, I received an email confirming purchase and delivery. Only to receive another email the next day saying delivery not available to York and the order cancelled. This process wasted a lot of time, very disappointed,

Great prices and excellent delivery service.

When I placed my order it was my understanding I would receive a text or email stating when my order was ready for collection. After 5 days of waiting with no messages I went to the Eastbourne branch where it was found ' out the back'. Not the click and collect service I enjoy with people like Screwfix and Toolstation. Hopefully you will improve and set up some communication with your store in future.

Very fast next day delivery. However it would have been even better if they’d let us know when they were coming.
