Great delivery service by a Brewers' staff member. The floor paint has performed as said on the label. Actually, went further than I thought with least smell I've experienced.

Good products but unfortunately not the best service in the particular store.
We found the person who gave us the click and collect item to be unfriendly, unhelpful and lacking in interest to our needs. This is at least the second time that we have experienced this unfriendliness in this shop compared to the one in Winchester. In Winchester they have always been very helpful, friendly and accommodating.

Worst customer service I’ve received in many years. Winchester branch a pleasure, Eastleigh a disaster A store to be avoided at all costs, especially by women. Rude and arrogant.

The 20% off voucher was a joke - I spent well over £100 and got 44p off my order.

Hi Roger
Thanks for leaving your review - I've looked into your order and can see that all the products, apart from one, were already on promotion which is why the voucher was not applied to them.
Don't forget you have 2 vouchers when you sign up to the Brewers Card, your second can be redeemed in-store - you'll find it on the yellow backing card that your Brewers Card is attached to. If you haven't picked one up in store yet, you can do so on your next visit - alternatively, pop us an email at mail@brewers.co.uk and we'll post one out for you.
Kind regards
Nicky

Contactless, not quite
I placed an order for click and collect and that was all fine, but the contactless idea fell down because I had to sign for the collection
