I opened a DIY account and got a 10% discount. Delivery for my order (>£50) was free. Delivered by Marc from Exeter who helped carry on 2 5L paint tins and other items. So easy, quick and convenient. One item was unavailable and Marc delivered it the next day when it wasback in stock.

The Store manager Jim has no customer…
The Store manager Jim has no customer service skills and lacks any manors. I have had 4 separate experiences with Jim now and can not believe how rude he is and the lack of help towards a business that is moving over to brewers (possibly not now due to him). Each experience gets worse and that bad that we were in store for around 2 hours awaiting confirmation on a price match (as stated on site and with other local stores) and after a call received from head office Jim failed to give us feedback and left us standing there. How Jim is even a store manager is beyond belief with the lack of customer service skills and general manors. Maybe a lot of training is needed along with maybe shadowing John (brixham) or Ben (Torquay) he would learn a lot about customer service skills. We do a lot of work around Exeter so need to use this store unfortunately. Complete opposite to Torquay and Brixham who go above and beyond.

Brewers always delivers on paint from different companies
Brewers is always such a good place to buy paints from companies like Paint and Paper Library, Little Greene, Sanderson - and the Exeter store stocks a much bigger range of sample pots than my local Brewers in Surrey! Really helpful staff. Thank you.
