Staff are very helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Great advice. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The staff at the Frinton-on-Sea branch are brilliant. Always helpful, friendly, and will go the extra mile to find what you need, stock it quickly, and communicate throughout the process.

Coming to the end of another year and I would like to wish Karen, Abby, Maria, and Jacks a very happy Christmas.
Thank you for another year of excellent service, support and advice.
You just make my days better, (and much more fun).
I look forward to next year. 😁❤️ P.

Great customer service they go above and beyond to help you and are genuinely happy to do this.

This is not a review of our local Brewers centre who are very helpful and friendly. This is however a review of their Johnstones Covaplus trade paint which we were encouraged to buy (in an offer) for ours and my relatives houses. We bought 4x 5l tubs at quite a high cost - in different colours. The paint went on nicely but left quite a powdery finish which is incredibly easy to mark. We applied 3/4 coats and left a day between drying but even a dry cloth marks the walls, leaving us no choice but to repaint the 3 rooms in less than a month. We’re so disappointed with the quality of this paint and the response from Johstones customer service who didn’t care at all.

I’ve been useing Brewers’s for the last 20 something years and I have always found them to be very helpfull and professional with all my decorating orders carry on girls you are doing a great job 😎👍

Great assistance in helping to choose the right colour, speedy service and the staff on the day had a sense of humour plus let us borrow the colour card for a while so we could use it to match accessories.

The staff are professional and knowledgeable and I can rely on them to give me the information/products I need. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Brilliant helpful and knowledgeable staff in the Frinton-On-Sea sea shop. Can’t praise them enough. Highly recommend for all your decorating needs. Karen should receive a medal !

I have been buying materials and paints from Brewers for many years. The staff are always friendly and helpful and extremely patient. If you need advice on colour matching , then this is the place to go . Cannot praise them highly enough.

We visited your Frinton Brance to get some paint matching for the kitchen.
Karen helped us and she helped my partner set up an account on the store computer. She was friendly and very helpful.
She went over and above our expectations
Many thanks.
Kay.

Karen and the team at frinton keep on surprising me with their professionalism.
