Did exactly what they should have done. No issues.

Never heard of this company until last week, turns out they have a branch on my doorstep in leamington.

Ordering was easy, product arrived well packaged, and as for the price, while I cannot speak to all products I can say when it comes to fence treatments their cuprinol is damned near HALF THE PRICE of the likes of amazon, screfix, etc.

Much obliged, you saved me a small fortune.

I ordered some zinser allcoat paint on line and it was mixed very quickly in store. So I could collect immediately. There was a small car park at the back of the shop.

Order online, 2 days and it was ready to pick up . It took 2 days as they didn't have 1 item in stock.

Very hurtful and upsetting experience, politeness to customers goes a long way, please show kindness and patience

Easy to order and staff were polite but although the item I order was shown as in stock, when I arrived to collect it I was told it hadn't arrived yet as was coming from another store.
I would have appreciated knowing this on advance as it'd have saved me driving into town twice.

No-one visible in the front of the store, despite there being no other customers in the store. You have to go and look for people to help you and you receive an unwelcoming response, not very customer-centric. One woman was knowledgeable and she made up for the frosty atmosphere, the other two were not too knowledgeable.

Admittedly the best customer service i have received all year 2024.
The staff really go out of their way to help and they definately know their products.
They were very friendly and helpful with giving me more ideas of decorating a room and Dal (manager) went out of his way to understand what i was looking for and offered many ideas which was very appreciated.
Left the store knowing exactly my plan of action with the products that i needed

Had a bit of confusion I went over to pick my items up and they weren't there, no problem they delivered the next day, my only gripe was the staff were so miserable. Cheer up 🤣

Staff in Leamington branch extremely helpful and knowledgable. I was provided with multiple colour charts for a variety of paint finishes which were all explained. I was very impressed.
I ordered 4 samples which arrived the next working day with a discount voucher and complimentary brush. Excellent customer service. Thank you.
