Delivery didn’t turn up when due
Delivery didn’t turn up when due. Had to call and ask what was the the problem. Supplier issues but no one thought to let me know. Customer wasn’t happy that her job was delayed as a result and it cost me money through lost time. I won’t be back.

Hi Sean
I'm sorry to read your 2* review and to hear about the delay in your delivery. I have been in contact with the store who let me know about the supplier issue, apologies again for the lack of communication regarding this situation. We hope to welcome you back into store to turn this experience around for you.
Kind regards,
Ellie
Great product but not in stock and only…
Great product but not in stock and only white paint. If not in stock when I need again I would probably have to go elsewhere.

Great service, Great advice
Great service, really helpful guys in store - for a very non-professional painter.

Pretty much perfect
Collected my order with zero fuss, and everyone was really helpful with answering the questions I had. Will definitely shop there again.

Item took over a month to arrive
Still haven't received it even though it was purchased a month ago with a 6 day turnaround. If something isn't in stock I'd rather it not be listed on your website than be there and have to be ordered in - or that made clear.
Update - collected it. They were very apologetic and explained there had been a backlog to due manufacturing issues. Have changed from 1* to 3* as the customer service at the actual shop was very good.

Huge colour discrepancy from website
There was a large delay in getting my paint as the mixing machines weren’t calibrated for the paint I ordered online. The staff were great but the delay was frustrating.
The paint I have collected is not even remotely like the colour advertised which I am yet to take up with the store directly, I’m not sure if this is an issue with Brewers or Sadolins.
I wish I had just bought cheaper B&Q paint where I could see samples painted on wood in store, I would have saved a lot of money.
