Excellent paint mix F&B and LG
Excellent service, easy online ordering for collection from Louth.
Great discount on first and second order when opening an account which saved quite a bit on F&B and Little Greene paints. Instore paint mixing produces same quality, texture and colour as ready mixed products. Thanks Brewers!

Mixed my primer wrong and wouldn’t listen!!
Bought paint and primer online for click and collect. Went to the store to collect when I noticed the primer had been mixed wrong. I mentioned it to the guy on the counter who basically didn’t want to know and went on to serve the next customer. Got home and opened the primer and the colour was totally not what I had ordered. Used the online chat to explain that the primer wasn’t correct. They sorted the matter out and another tin was delivered to my front door. Very rude Intore at the Louth branch however couldn’t fault the online customer service. Will definitely think twice before using the Louth branch again. Maybe a customer service lesson or two wouldn’t go a miss…

Hi Helen
I'm sorry to hear you received the incorrect colour, this is not up to the high level of service we offer and I have passed your comments onto the store. I'm glad you now have the correct product and that our help desk team were able to sort this for you quickly. We hope to welcome you back soon.
Kind regards,
Ellie
