Great service
Great service. Paint arrived within around 3 hours of me placing order .

Exemplary service, no quibbles.
Sadolin Superdec 2.5 litres supplied and mixed by Brewers was off colour/not according to colour card, which may actually be Crown Paints fault. But the Maidenhead branch went the extra mile, first by mixing not one but two sample tins to get the colour I wanted, then gave me 2.5 litres of the colour I wanted, gratis.
Well done Maidenhead Brewers!

Dear Scott
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I'm very sorry to hear that you didn't receive our usual service on this occasion. We have been experiencing reduced staffing levels which, although is no excuse, possibly contributed to this situation. I do hope you choose to give us another try in the future.
Kind regards
Nicky

Unreliable service.
Ordered item on line for delivery and didn’t turn up. Then had to chase twice for a refund.
Terrible service, won’t be using again.

Found the process simple and straightforward once I got to know the website. Got the telephone call and picked up same morning, only observation was that signs for pallet 1, 2 and3 were not instantly visible as they were Stapled only at the front and as it was blowing a gale were not visible.
Apart from that guy brought my supplies instantly and correctly.
