Great service
Searched for Crown Soft Ochre paint and this was the only outlet that stocked it. Ordering was easy and it was delivered on time by their own delivery service. The product was in perfect condition and I would have no hesitation using them again.

Great customer service experience!
Spoke to Jack in customer services when I had a problem ordering paint on the website. He was extremely helpful, sorted the issue out and rang me back as promised. Paint was delivered very promptly by one of your staff.
Refreshingly excellent service. I have recommended your company to friends and family. Thank you.

Hi Annie
I'm sorry you didn't receive our usual high standard of service. We are adjusting to some new processes and have experienced some delays from our suppliers which may have been the cause of your delay.
We'd love to have another opportunity to show you our usual level of customer service and hope we can welcome you back to store in the future.
Kind regards
Nicky
Very helpful staff and great service.
I’ve used this store a number of times and always find the staff to be really helpful. The paint mixing service is great. I’m grateful they’re continuing to run such a good service despite the current situation.
