Brewers Decorator Centres - Newport (Wales) Opiniões

Online order for collection from Malpas Rd, Newport branch
Parking outside the store (nicely set out by the way). Easy collection of masonary paint, which was competitively priced.
I had ordered too much, so had to return what I didn't need and this was done easily and with no fuss.
Also found they have a wide range of wallpaper books and we will be ordering shortly.

ROBERT THORNE THANKS

Brewers Newport are fantastic to deal with always delivers on time and are extremely knowledgeable in all there products.

The customer service from Ash was amazing

Very helpful staff and easy to collect products

Staff always very helpful and friendly (in this case, I was picking up test pots, but also looking for paint to match the colour I wanted for an internal door).

The product was good but I had inadvertently ordered the wrong colour. Although I was given a partial refund, they deducted all the P&P costs of return and offered no allowance when I asked for a reduction on a new order. Consequently, I purchased from a different company which was a similar price but no P&P which gave me a better overall deal

I visited the Newport Malpas Road branch and Ash dealt with me and was very polite helpful and set the product up would recommend and is a great member of your team and gives great representation to the company. Thank you.

Well i must saÿ all the staff at the malpas newport are absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond to help you and really make you feel a valued customer. They managed to colour match my very complex paper and advise me on which paint was best so id like to say a HUGE THANK YOU TO ALL OF THEM.XX

Wide selection of products from all the major manufacturers. Good prices, and fast delivery.

Very prompt service

Top product top staff

Helped me choose the correct paint for my requirements as I don’t have a clue

Great customer service normally deliver next day without an issue

Life has been so easy since I started using Brewers (Newport) for all my needs, an excellent range of products and brilliant service from all the staff, I really could not ask for better.

On a negative note:-
Just watch where you park, private land parking restrictions with all cameras result in expensive fines.

I needed an oil for treating a wooden staircase. I was surprised to find that my local Brewers branch had it in stock, and available to click and collect. Staff were very friendly and it was obvious they held stocks of many good products. The best thing was the price of the oil was cheaper than I could get it online.

Easy to order online for collection the next day. Easy pick up. Great price.
