Helpful and polite in store. I then ordered colour mixed paint on line - and it arrived as promised next day. Not a trades person. But same excellent service I've had on previous occasions.

Not very customer orientated
Many delivery companies will tell you the hour that a delivery will be made. I understand that software is available to make that happen. Brewers can't even tie it down to morning or afternoon.
The can was badly damaged when it arrived.
