Ordered 6 cans online. Great price, free delivery. Phone call the day before due delivery as 1 can had arrived damaged, and was being replaced; so I was given delivery options. Other suppliers would just send damaged cans - nice to get proper customer service for a change.

Outstanding help and service
I want to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding help I received over the phone from Robert at the Northampton branch. Not only did he assist me in ordering a specific paint that I was unable to find online, but he also took the time to clarify multiple questions I had regarding old vs. new paints, conserving paint, and providing recommendations for patching walls and ceilings.
Additionally, he helped resolve a misunderstanding with my local branch and ensured the order process moved forward smoothly. I truly cannot thank him enough for his exceptional support. Thank you so much, Robert.

Great experience from start to finish…
The website was easy to navigate and it was the only place where I could find the particular shade required. The fact that they can tint the paint to your colour requirements is great. Delivered on time and packaging was excellent so no damage was sustained. Will use for all my requirements from now on.

good service, opening hours awkward, but went in lunch break. Bought a specialist product, but please don't mention next day delivery when you have to order the product in.
