Staff at The Southampton Decorator Centre went out of their way to track down an item only in stock at another store and got it to me promptly. Excellent, so appreciated.

We appreciate you sharing your feedback. We are so glad our team was quick, helpful, and polite during your experience!
Slow service and no stock
I went to buy a specific can of paint. The website was showing two in stock but the branch had none.
There was only one person serving and they engaged in discussion of a personal matter with the customer in front of me including showing them family pictures on their mobile phone.
Both seemed completely oblivious that there was another customer waiting.
The service could have been quicker and given that the stock level (I checked when I got back home and it still showed the item in stock) is inaccurate I have no confidence in ordering for click and collect.

Great customer service. Talking to the team they won’t try to just sell you stuff you don’t need.
Had them question if I needed what I was purchasing to make sure I had the best product for the task and pointed me to one that was perfect for the task and about half the price.
Will always go here for any of my needs and always recommend them to anyone I know.
