Good Service
All good thank you and delivered exactly as requested. I only docked one star because one of the paint tins was dented but no real problem.

A solid group
Quite an easy website to navigate and order from (I am non-trade). Huge selection, including the Johnstone's range - both colours, finishes AND pot sizes (very useful). Good communication and query facilities and timely delivery with friendly and helpful own drivers. Excellent.

Resposta da Brewers Decorator Centres - Stoke
Hi Zoe
I'm sorry to read your 1* review and to hear you were not happy with the paint. I have been in touch with the store and they have left a message on your answer phone regarding the refund.
Kind regards
Ellie

I ordered a tin of paint on the 23rd June. I received my confirmation email where I was advised in the small print that it could take up to 30 days for delivery. At no point was I advised that there was no stock. After 35 days without any communication I contacted to see what was happening. I received a a generic CS type email saying that my local store had been contacted and they would be advising me on the delivery. 2 days later after still not hearing anything I emailed again and a couple of hours later someone from the Stoke branch rang to say that it would be the end of August before delivery could be made and tried to blame it on the suppliers. This level of service is deplorable at best and I will certainly never be using this company again.

Dear Mr Lee
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, I am sorry to hear about the delay in delivery. There has been ongoing supply issues with Cuprinol Garden Shades due to high demand so thank you for your patience so far. I have passed your feedback on to the store and they will fulfil your order as soon as possible.
Apologies again for the delay.
Kind regards
Ellie
