Brewers Decorator Centres - Stratford-upon-Avon Opiniões

Good location and opening hours. Good range of products and types of paint, together with equipment.

Knowledgeable service

I joined the Brewer's Card and got 20% off my first order!! Delivery within 3 days to store. I must mention Alan who gave particularly good Customer Service...

Building our house we used Brewers on many occasions. They have always been really prompt delivery and prices were always competitive. Great service.

Ultimately, pleased to obtain the product and at a competitive price. When I phoned the store they were also very helpful.
However, reason for dropping two stars is that the product took almost double the amount of time quoted to arrive in store, and even when it did, I never received notification from Brewers!

If you want paint quickly then this is the place, delivery is unbelievably quick.! Excellent all round

Excellent services and delivery also can price match products added bonus free delivery on having a account with no minimum order

Ordered online and my partner went into the store to pick up our paint. All very friendly and efficient.

Great customer service and helpful advice. The staff know me by name and make it a comfortable experience in store. No question feels too insignificant to ask.

Great range of products and very helpful staff.

The ladies at the Stratford upon Avon branch were fantastic, had my order ready and waiting first thing in the morning!

Easy to order. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. From this experience I would buy from them again.

Brilliant service all round! Thank you.

I visited Brewers in Stratford upon Avon for the first time today . The lady that served me was so helpful and polite and even helped carry my paint to the car.

Usual excellent service, prompt, efficient and friendly.

Excellent range of products and good service Particular thanks to Alan for sorting a misplaced order by me and organising a refund.

We are very pleased with the redecorated room using their wallpaper.

I reserved and paid for Farrow & Ball paint online. When I turned up to collect the paint I was told that my order had been given to another customer who walked in and asked for the same paint and no more were in stock!!!! Maybe more staff training is in order, but this place is a total joke, I travelled 25 mile round trip to pick up from my local store. I didn't even receive a real apology from them and had to wait more than a week to get a refund. Moral of the story - use a reputable store that has a proper click and collect serve.

Not very friendly or helpful staff in the store I visited 🤔

I bought some tinted paint - but when I opened it it was the wrong colour. It seems the machine failed to add one of the ingredients! Staff happily changed it - bit annoying but good service redeemed the situation!
