Brewers Decorator Centres - Surbiton Opiniões

Prompt helpful and answered the phone quickly!

Love the wallpaper - good quality

All my orders made online have been processed speedily and great delivery.

However, I’m writing this review to praise the customer service I received from the Surbiton branch when something went wrong! I noticed the paint wasn’t the right colour and as it had come from that branch contacted them.

Marc at the Surbiton branch jumped too it and resolved my problem so quickly and sent out a replacement within an hour!

Cannot praise him highly enough - that’s amazing customer service! Thankyou Marc!

Will definitely recommend to everyone!

Easy, efficient ordering and helpful staff.

Quick and efficient supply of the paint that I ordered.

We use Brewers for all our paint requirements, the staff are always helpful and very organised. Many thanks, keep up the good service.

Quick service, friendly customer service and good price discount on new account

Really helpful knowledgeable staff. Good products

Excellent service! Paint was delivered the next day and couldn’t beat the price!

I used Brewers for a special order which we mucked up on. Mark the manager has been super helpful in sorting this out and resolving the issue. I can not thank him and his team enough.

Harry was super helpful and placed my order on the phone which would have been a lot more difficult trying to navigate this on the website. Thanks Harry.

Always a good service from brewers Surbiton

This Brewers is quite a 'bloke-ish' retailer. So being a woman, I have found that no matter how polite and patient I am with the till assistants who also mix the paint, I get poor service that borders on hostile from the men who work there. I accept that it is mostly a trade place, with mostly trade customers, but since it is open to the public, can't understand why the poor service to half the population. Have taken my custom to other trade shops now.

Great service
Always helpful

Have just started to use the trade gloss paint I ordered and received recently. I took a chance with the three shades but couldn’t be happier with the colours so true to the shade chart and the quality is first rate, I will be using your website again and would definitely recommend Brewers as an efficient company to deal with.

Fast and efficient service, with friendly service.

Finally managed to get a base for painting my old wooden door. Every coat of paint I put on flaked off. I finally tried your spray primer and success. Have now been able to paint it and no flakes
