Brewers Decorator Centres - Trowbridge Opiniões

Very good with elements of excellent, notably the staff's courtesy and engagement with customers. The somewhat restricted range of choice of the item I wanted (a wood staining wax-based polish) meant the rating is just short of 5 stars.

As always any questions were clearly answered and staff friendly and helpful.

Really lovely helpful staff. We have only been in Trowbridge just over a year and I hadn’t realised there was a Brewers branch in the Town. It will be my go to decorator centre from now on. So nice to be served by staff who evidently care about the customer. Thanks

We needed to actually see the colour chart rather than ordering from a computer screen.
We were so impressed with Debbie’s help and knowledge that we wrote to Brewers to inform them of our gratitude. The paint was delivered the next day (although this just happened to be fortunate).

Excellent customer service helpful knowledgeable staff very pleased products were as promised in store on time contact was very good.
Thank you

My order arrived at my local Brewers and was as described.

The staff where I collected the items, Trowbridge, were helpful and very friendly.

Thank you.

Online Order arrived on time in shop. Hard to park so lost 1 star.

Quick Service and very helpful. Would recommend to go for all your paint needs

Excellent service at the Trowbridge store. Debbie was very helpful and extremely patient with us as we decided on paints and colours

I love going to Brewers in Trowbridge - five star service every day :)

I ordered coving from Brewer's, Trowbridge. It arrived earlier than expected and I was notified immediately.
On collection, Debbie informed me that they had opened the box to inspect the contents to make sure all the contents were intact as it had sounded very rattly on delivery to them.
I highly recommend this store. Their staff are friendly, and offer reliable help and advice regarding their products.

All the staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They obviously enjoy their work and that makes for a professional and efficient customer experience. I have never had any difficulty purchasing my Decorator materials in Brewers Trowbridge. I repeatedly recommend them to other trades and customers.

Very quick delivery and good customer service when I collected the items from the store.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. The discount was an added bonus!
