Still waiting for wallpaper order after more than two weeks.Supposed to now be in stock on 12th December.

Setting up an account easy and the paint was delivered quickly.

Great staff, great selection. We’ll be back!

My second order as an account holder and fantastic speedy delivery from a cheerful delivery man.
Thank you

Good stuff. It came when they said. And was exactly what I asked for. So all 👋

has everything I need.👍

Very happy with the results Very fast delivery well done, would definitely recommend you.to family and friends

Excellent service - website was easy to navigate - order arrived in plenty of time. I did have an issue with an item I had ordered (my oversight) Brewers TW managed to sort the issue for me and the chaps in store were really helpful, professional and kind. Big thank you :))

I use Brewers for most of my wallpaper needs. This is mainly for business use. As a company, we fit out bathroom showrooms and use various papers for the displays. If there is a supply problem on a particular paper I always get a phone call. Delivery is usually by the predicted date, sometimes earlier. Overall happy with the service.

I was sold a defective product and received a surly and obstructive response.

I must say we did have to wait a long time for delivery, but thanks to very helpful staff on the phone our order was eventually delivered.

Brilliant service, very quick and secure
Just what it said on the tin!!!!!

Despite saying in stock on the site, they were out of stock when I was told to collect my order?? I therefore had to delay the project as I couldn't find them elsewhere.

Every business could learn a lot from Brewers Tunbridge Wells their customer service is top class!

very efficient knowledgeable and courteous staff who helped to identify the product i was looking for and advised on availability, cost

Great Service on delivery called and confirmed where to put paint

Excellent company. Always deliver promptly with a polite service at a reasonable price.
I'd recommend them every time!

On the last 2 occasions I have picked up from the click and collect service I have had to tell the staff what I ordered. Surely my surname would suffice but apparently not. I know all the staff at the store as I have been a trade customer for decades, when told it was all on a pallet in the store and they needed to know what I ordered surely it would it not be more sensible to lay out each order on the floor with the paperwork so it is easily identifiable as the store is shut to customers? Attitude also seems to have changed as the underlying feeling seems to be they would rather be at home on 80% salary than working but this seems to be an ongoing problem with many companies as they try to re-open.
