Very friendly member of staff which is very important. But let's not forget that the price of their products is exceptionally competitive. All in all, a very good experience

Easy to use on line purchase
Easy to use on line purchase. I spoke to a person in the store to understand the different types of paint and their uses, who was really patient and did not make me feel silly for the questions asked. A lovely person phoned to say the item ready for collection. Will use it again!
