When we moved last year Mike sold our house, handled the viewings and negotiations and basically made the whole experience much less stressful. The service was excellent, we were kept informed at every stage and I would highly recommend this company

Mike Driver was a kind and helpful agent. He marketed my sister's property energetically, and came up with a good range of offers. He checked out the credential of the prospective buyers, and advised us without pushing us towards any individual. He recommended a good solicitor, and helped us with the clearance of the house.
The sale took longer than we had hoped, and we were surprised when, very late in the process, our buyer asked for a substantial reduction in the price. We negotiated a lower reduction and after that, the sale proceeded smoothly to a conclusion.
A further surprise was to find, when the documents were exchanged, that the buyers were actually listed a a letting company, as we had thought we were selling to a young first time buying couple. Our agent told us he had not initially been aware of that.

I did have incredible experience with Manager Mike Driver. He is very honest and extremely helpful throughout the whole process as property was in Probate. I will recommend him for anyone. Also, Susan was very helpful who helped all my phone query.

Made an offer on property a year ago which was accepted but was pulled from the market soon after as seller circumstances had changed and needed to stay put.
