I’ve ordered everything through Sam. He was extremely helpful right from the start, I just told him the measurements of my bathroom and he worked out the rest! This made the whole experience of buying my bathroom stress free. The delivery was prompt and I was always kept up to date with everything. Would recommend buying with Sam to anyone!

My order wasn't processed properly but once it was, it was sent express delivery to make up for the delay. Much appreciated.

Order a radiator, heard nothing about delivery for 2 weeks. Phone the company, they said it was in stock so no idea why it wasn't sent out. Delayed my project. Sent radiator, and a few days later it was delivered to the wrong address. Project delayed further. Eventually sent out another radiator. Company very apologetic and said they would give me a partial refund, but never did. Emailed to ask them if they were going to give me a partial refund - no response to email. All in all, pretty shambolic experience in terms of the order not being sent out, delivered incorrectly and then not being true to their word with a partial refund. I'd strongly recommend avoiding this company if you can find an alternative. Very unsatisfied customer

Purchased a valve online only to receive an email almost 2 weeks later saying the price was wrong and they needed to charge me an extra 50%. Even if it was a genuine error I would never do that. Didn’t even offer free postage or anything just an apology. I’d never run even a small business like that. If you can’t absorb an extra 20-30 quid because of your own screw up then probably best to wind things up now. Won’t use again.

I placed an order and was later told the item was out of stock. The company then offered an alternative, which I declined right away and clearly requested a refund instead.

Despite chasing for over three weeks, I received little to no response, no refund, and no product. What is most concerning is that payment was taken in full even though nothing has been delivered.

It is extremely frustrating to have money charged for an order the company could not fulfil, while repeated refund requests have been ignored.

I ordered a set of bib taps, they arrived quickly, they were very well packaged, good value and they look great - the best looking bib taps i could find online. I’d definitely order from this company again.

A good company to buy from, with a good range of products all competitively priced. Knowledgeable technical staff and very helpful sales staff. In particular if something is unfortunately damaged during delivery their response is excellent, with an immediate replacement. I would definitely recommend…

Finally found a reasonably priced replacement toilet seat for my RAK toilet. Ordering was simple. It was delivered quickly and well packaged. Simply removed old seat and clicked in the new one. I didn't have to mess around with the fittings. Overall good experience from start to finish.
