Beautiful curtains, well made and fit perfectly. Are not as quick as people like Blinds Direct but the material is lovely and the workmanship excellent. Could be more proactive about letting you know what stage your curtains are at in the making process particularly if there is a delay but they answered emails speedily. Would totally recommend.

Whilst the blind I ordered was good, the service I got from one member of staff was extremely unhelpful and shameful!!

Great quality and super customer service. Was really lucky to come across this British Company - the selection of materials and the guidance on their website was brilliant. If there are any doubts you can ring their customer services and they are also really helpful and can give helpful hints and tips. Blinds using a beautiful Harlequin velvet were made on time and were a good cost saving over another high street retailer that I was dealing with. Pelmet options and cushions mean you really can come up with a bespoke Roman blind and match it with scatter cushions on the bed. Really outstanding and a big thank you to Chris you dealt with our order so professionally. Thanks so much

I was a bit hesitant about ordering curtains on line as i was going to be spending almost a thousand pound of curtains.
I read the reviews on here and decided to go ahead.
Well, the curtains are amazing and the customer service was great.
The curtains are so well made and are of excellent quality. I really like the adjustable curtain hooks they use -which means you can get them to just the right fit/length.
The package and posting was fabulous.
I will definitely be ordering from British made Interiors in the future.

I ordered curtains online but a day later I realized I had measured them incorrectly. I phoned the company and spoke to Anna, she quickly and effectively told me how to measure up for eyelet curtains. Received the curtains today and they are just perfect!!

Contacted British Made Interiors company about making curtains and blinds and I’m so glad we found them. They answered a lot of questions and helped us with how to measure. Chris & Anna have both been extremely helpful, always able to get hold of them if there was a query. Price was extremely reasonable as well! Would definitely recommend and use them for other projects.

Samples were large enough to really get an idea of fabric and fabrics are superb quality along with the workmanship. Customer service on delivery was second to none and really thrilled with curtains. Couldn't fault this company - if only more were like this!!

We have just received our curtains and hung then up. Over the years this is the ninth house that we have had to buy curtains for and our experience with BritishMadeInteriors has never been surpassed. In addition to the competitive price it is the little details of how the curtain have been finished that have most impressed us. Not every maker does the following:
• Little pockets in which the excess draw string can be hidden
• Draw string securely sewn in at one end and safely tied off on the other
• The two curtains for a window are mirror images of each other so that the draw string can hidden at the outer edge of the window on both curtains.

These details of the manufacture individually may be small but they make it a delight to hang such well-made curtains.

I have ordered 2 pairs of curtains and am delighted with the whole process and especially the results. I find the website easy to navigate; reasonable sized samples were provided to enable the right choice to be made. The ordering process was simple and my contact with the company to clarify a point was professional and helpful. When I called I got straight through to the right person who could answer my query. I was informed when they were despatched. The curtains are beautiful. The pattern matching is excellent as is the quality of the sewing. I have no hesitation in recommending this business and I will use them again.
