Brizebox Opiniões

Well made, sturdy parcel box with good capacity.
Excellent customer service - could not have been more helpful.

DHL lost one of the parcels… Brizebox went above and beyond to insure I received the second part working 24hrs. Thank you.

Prompt Delivery,Well Packed relatively easy to install and seems to be waterproof so far!

Brilliant quality with the customer service to match.
We had a slight issue which you could only say was human error, the help I got in rectifying the problem was superb.

Great quality product - very pleased with mailbox and stand post

Quick delivery of medium Parcel box , which at first inspection looks very good quality!

All round good experience. Nice product.

I had bought a parcel box from Yale but it was badly made and leaked from every joint and filled up with water when it rained.
I sent that back and bought this one. Much better made. One slight niggle is that the letterbox return is a bit flimsy and needs a redesign as it does not shut well

I had a query and rang the local number which was answered quickly, the lady knew about my order and was very helpful.
So good to buy from a uk based company who have great customer service and support as well as excellent products.

Product is good. Communication is good. Delivery is prompt.

The box came quickly and after a look at the fixing instructions on the website, I was able to fit to wall. I did lay the box on a cardboard sheet to cut out a template before hand. This was especially useful for positioning the 4 drill holes. It would be useful if such a template was printed onto box.
That said, I am very happy with purchase.

We wanted to clarify something on our order. Brizebox rang us immediately. we wanted to return part of our order, Brizebox were so helpful. Thankyou for a great service.

Very fast delivery. Very helpful staff on phone line. Not installed yet but looks like an excellent buy.

This is the 2nd Brizebox I have bought having left the other at my previous address. They are wonderful ! Just give the moving parts a spray of WD40 every 6 months and it appears to function forever ! The last one was still going strong after 7 years of the harshest weather 1,000ft up in the Pennines!

There is a good range of options for parcel boxes on the website and it was easy to order. Arrival was prompt. The box is smart and the black a good colour. Fitting was not as easy as on the video but it is now installed securely. Thank you

Great customer service. Couldn’t get through on the web chat and phone initially, they
Called back straight away and did special delivery for me. Couldn’t ask for more.
The box also looks amazing!

Excellent. Strong heavy well made sturdy and does the job. Waterproof?. Only time will tell
