Brookman plumbing were very quick in sorting out a new boiler for us right after it had broken down in January. However there was a manufacturing fault with the inside wiring of our new boiler. This was not the plumbers fault. Ben called Ideal boilers and organised their visit to us to fix it. If that hadn’t happen, we would have had our new boiler purchased, installed and working within just a few days.
Their service was very good. They are very friendly and efficient and we highly recommend them.

Ben is very efficient and friendly
He does a phenomenal job and is very tidy, discusses everything prior and again on the day to ensure you are happy and explain everything that is required, I would 100% have Ben again, he does our yearly gas fire and Central heating check, he has installed a new boiler and he just fitted a new immersion tank in the airing cupboard, prices very reasonable I can recommend Ben and his company

My boiler decided to die at the beginning of the cold snap last week. I called Ben and he came to me within an hour to confirm it's terminal prognosis (she was an old lady, so not totally unexpected). He explained my options, ordered a suitable replacement and arranged to have it fitted today by Chris from his team.
It was a tricky job, but as always, was done professionally and Chris navigated his way through the various hitches and I finally got my heating back this afternoon (now the ice and snow have gone🤷‍♀️😀). Both Ben and Chris were professional, caring and efficient through the whole process and I would have no qualms about recommending Brookman Heating to anyone.

We contacted Brookman for a quote to install an additional radiator... Ben came round the very same day to measure up and establish a pipe run.

He came back with a very reasonable quote and booked us in within two weeks.
Ben is a lovely guy, courteous, friendly, tidy and very knowledgeable...his work ethic is second to none... no time wasting on his phone, get in, get the job done....

So impressed we've asked him to quote for another job.....
