Excellent service from Brookside. Of the 40 polyanthus plants ordered only 3 haven't survived, the rest are thriving. The plugs arrived on time and well packaged. Superb, thank you.

We supply only the very best quality plants at a time of your choosing. We’ve developed tried and tested systems to allow you to select a specific dispatch week for your plants when you place your order. This allows you to accurately plan your crops, help you save money by avoiding unnecessary heating of greenhouses and reduce inconvenience around delivery timings. Further recent investment in our systems now means that not only do we allow you to pick a dispatch week for your plants, if you have supplied us with your email address, we will now advise you in advance of the day that we intend to dispatch your plants on.

- All our plants are carefully hand checked and selected by our expert order packing staff who all live locally to the nursery, returning to us every year to help during our busy spring season. All our plug plants are securely packed in specially designed packaging to keep the root system in place and the foliage protected in transit. Our plastic ‘blister pack’ packaging is manufactured from recycled material and is fully recyclable. Our cardboard packaging is also fully recyclable. We send out comprehensive growing instructions with each order to help you get the best from your plants.

Rubbish pansies
Waited a good while for the pansies they have now virtually died. Not impressed have sent a video and asked for a refund. This on line ordering is a waste of time and money.
Have sent another email with video as google can't seem to send it.

Not great but OK,85% of plugs growin. Helianthus much smaller than I had expected but that could be my mistake for not emphasising they were to replace a 6 foot variety. I shall be back.

The penalty of the RHS order is their postage costs are more than twice yours, however, you have packed and posted both??
I would like to buy additional plants, ideally RHS standard but your postage and packing rates.

Thank you for your review.
I have checked your order history and cannot see that you have purchased any Begonias from us. The only order I can locate is for Violas supplied this autumn, which is what our review invitation related to.
We also do not supply or distribute plants on behalf of the RHS, so any plants ordered from them would not have been packed or despatched by Brookside Nursery.
Could you possibly have us confused with another supplier?
