5-star and then some. I have just started my microscopy journey. This is a new hobby for me and I was a feeling more than a bit lost as a newbie. Now that I have a solid foundation from buying a SP52 microscope, and other goodies, I feel confident that I made a very sound decision going with a Brunel microscope.

I am very pleased with my SP100 it exceeds my expectations. It is a high quality microscope at a very competitive price.

Helen was exceptionally patient, helpful and answered all my questions. It is also reassuring I have future support from Brunel should I need it. Thank you all very much.

I’ve made a couple of orders from Brunel and the service has been outstanding. The staff there have gone well above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience with them. There was an issue with my first order but a phone call soon put it right. The whole team are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient.

Recently I emailed them to thank them for their service and I mentioned the negative experience I had with another company, the manufacturer of my microscope. The manufacturer ignored my email about buy a replacement objective lens. Brunel immediately got back to me to ask the details of my microscope and the objective. They then went off to do some research, and today they offered to send me a 60x objective to try and return if not suitable. Such a wonderful level of service and an extremely generous offer.

I also like the way they package your order, instead of using polystyrene peanuts they use shredded paper as packaging material. So much more biodegradable and better for the environment. That’s just one little way Brunel shows they care about their customers and the environment. I wish all companies were like this.

I was searching for an entry microscope for my grand- daughter and after looking at all the awful cheap plastic children's ones on offer I despaired. Then I came upon a review of Brunel Microscopes and decided to pay the extra for a much better product. I am so pleased that I did!
We hit a bit of a hitch with getting my chosen one in time for Christmas but Brunel offered an upgrade which was delivered in plenty of time. Full marks for customer service there too then.

I wanted an inexpensive stereomicroscope (for examining 3D objects), but one which was not a children's toy. After some searching online I found Brunel, which offers an unrivaled range of all kinds of microscopes. I found one which exactly suited my needs and ordered online. It was delivered quickly and extremely well-packed and I am delighted with the product, which is 'just the job'. If I'm splitting hairs, their website could do with an update to better reflect the excellent quality of their products and service.
