This company are really quite…
This company are really quite incredible! Not only do they supply a product that hands down beats others available (according to my pregnant partner. She has tried a fair few during the first and now second pregnancy this is the one she sleeps like a rock with) Our delivery was taken from our door step. My partner was really struggling with sleeping with an alternative product and was really quite desperate.
This company really stood out, getting a replacement sent instantly next day delivery.
The product itself has saved my partner from not sleeping! So so so worth the money! Honestly worth every penny!!!

I am so sorry you feel that way - was there an issue with your delivery? We are always on hand to handle any issues or provide support. We have a telephone number for our shop advertised on our website, a chat feature and email available.
For Standard Delivery we offer Yodel (who we moved over to during the Royal Mail strikes) - so far, they have actually proven to be very reliable and we have yet to experience any issues with them. They've always been reliable in providing support and dealing with any questions that we might have. As you spent over a certain amount we provide free shipping which falls under the Standard delivery category; however, we do have other shipping options available.
In regards to packaging - we try to be as sustainable as possible. The Bbhugme pregnancy pillows come in their own branded cardboard boxes and they can be shipped 'as is'. They're the perfect size to protect the bag and pillow and we feel that to add additional packaging with more cardboard is not environmentally friendly or sustainable. The boxes have the brand name on it along with colour of the pillow but there is no mention of pregnancy or anything on the packaging itself.
I do appreciate your feedback and will bear your comments in mind.

My order came incomplete.
I ordered 3 items and was charged for 3 items but they sent me only 2.
I have written a number of messages to complain but non was acknowledged.
Very bad customer service.
It looks like they just don't care.

My team have refunded you for two pairs of socks (even though it was only one missing from the order), shipping costs and furthermore, have gifted you a £20 voucher for our store. Return emails not responded to - however great response when done
I ordered the wrong thing which was my own fault, however I’ve sent two emails to arrange a refund and not had a response.
