This is a fake website, I made a purchase November 28th 2020, and still have not received the items charged to my account. Nail polish, I have tired numerous of times to contact them all attempts fail.

I ordered 2 products, one showed up after 8 months. The other one has still not shown up after 10 months despite getting shipping notices at the 7 month mark in Chinese and the tracking numbers did not work. Product that showed up was poor quality. Customer service is none existent. The only replies you get are from auto responders.

Na 5 maanden een casus aangemaakt bij paypal. Na een maand mijn geld terugontvangen.
Bedenk daarbij dat ik er veel tijd in had gestopt alvorens een casus aan te maken.
Communicatie verloopt traag en slecht of gewoon helemaal niet.

Avoid this website at all costs. I placed an order back in March for a birthday gift for my sister. Its now October, the order has still not been fulfilled and when you email the company you just receive an auto-reply message saying 'they are dealing with a large volume of enquiries'. There is also no telephone number on the site to call them. I am now filing a claim against them with the Small Claims Tribunal here in Hong Kong but if you live overseas I would say there is a very small chance to get your money back. They are crooks

I NEVER received my order.... don’t use this website... they take your money.

Ordered in June a chopping board received half of the order minus the plastic containers that accessory the board.
Have emailed 3 times to complain and received a generic covid explanation still waiting for satisfying result to my complaint.
I would advise anyone thinking of buying from them not to I believe they are not to be trusted.

Sent an item of less value which I did not order. Refused to give a refund. Would not supply a returns address.

NOTE - This review is about an order I placed with Buena Deal but the PayPal receipt is for SwipeUpDEALS.
I placed an order on June 29 & on July 6 they tell me that all shipping partners are expecting delays due to COVID-19 but my item will be packed & ready to go when shipping resumes. On July 24 I contact them through PayPal because I have no tracking info and have not received it. Four days later they give me a bad DHL tracking number. I complained that they were trying to look good for PayPal and they gave me a USPS tracking number. It has been in Pre-Shipment for two weeks now. I filed for a refund with PayPal.

Vandaag is het 17 juli 2020 en ik heb nog steeds niks gehoord van mijn bestelling van 12 juni. Ook geen bericht dat mijn bestelling verscheept is. Geen track & trace mogelijkheid.
Misschien ligt het allemaal aan de pandemie, maar communiceer dan! Op deze manier laat je klanten bungelen.

Terrible delivery lead times and non existent customer service. I stupidly clicked a link through an ad on a popular photo / interests site to buy some waterproof tape from this company. They are just a drop ship website who take the money and let the manufacturer / wholesaler supply direct to you. Ordered & paid 6th April 2020, now 16/04/2020 website states shipped on 25th May but no tracking available. Customer service is non existent still waiting for a reply after no updates int he first 28 days. I will be claiming this back through the Credit Card but that's a minimum of 90 days after you lodge a complaint. Just don't buy anything from them unless you're happy waiting a few months!
