Whilst not a complete novice regarding ordering construction items, I found the process simple to use and delivery date and process were followed.
I haven’t yet installed the items but have used similar systems in the past and they are easy to use.

Materials are good quality and half the price of high street stores, a bit pricey for delivery but still worked out cheaper than on the high street. Delivery could be better, sat in waiting all day as email stated good had to be checked over on delivery, goods got delivered and dumped in the drive, no knock on the door, no ringing the door bell to make me aware the stuff has been delivered.

I bought a bath shower screen, which was very reasonably priced compared to other suppliers. The order process and communications were all comprehensive and clear.

Of equal importance, the delivery arrangements and costs were no problem. Some suppliers were adding quite high delivery charges to this large and fragile item. One supplier would not even deliver at all to my post code, even though this was only Shropshire, not the Outer Hebrides!
