I first contacted BSO with a query about insulation and lead times. The response was very helpful and I put in an order for a specified date. The communication throughout the whole process was excellent and the order arrived on time without any issues. I only did a small order for some rafter brackets but they were fast and efficient and I had updates on the order progress. I even got the nuts and bolts to use with the brackets which were of excellent quality.
