Fantastic Shipping and Service!
My order arrived before expected. Great packaging. I used one of the Melt and Pour soap bases (Oatmeal) and I really love the consistency and the quality of this product. Not my first time buying from the company. Always satisfied!

Quick easy online purchase and prompt delivery. Only downside is shipping cost almost as much as the product. I fault the shippers for that.

Excellent customer service!
I'm a first-time customer, buying some ingredients for soaking my feet to treat my plantar fasciitis, as recommended by my massage therapist. One ingredient was out of stock, the other was in. Delivery of the first one was really fast, and I was sent an e-mail as soon as the second one was available, which was very soon. That one will arrive in a day or two now. So I can say only that their service and speed were super!
