I bought the ATP powder, and am so happy I did! I'm not a bodybuilder, or other athlete. I'm just a girl trying to do all I want in life. I have been using TeaCrine for about a month now, and I have definitely noticed an impact on my ability to focus clearly in addition to feeling perfectly calm and relaxed. When paired with caffeine, I do not experience any dips in mood or energy throughout the day, which usually does happen when I consume caffeine alone. For me, theacrine seems to offset the effects of caffeine and even works well when combined with it. Theacrine works really well for me at a standard dosage (75 mg) and I don't need to increase the dosage.

The taste is bitter and might be intolerable for some, similar to MSM. This is not a problem for me whatsoever. There are ways to overcome the taste, like brusing teeth right after or drinking it with a straw.

Overall, this is a great company offering valuable supplements and I would recommend anyone interested in nootropics and cognitive enhancement or just wanting to experiment a little to at least try their products. Of course, be mindful if taking medications, other supplements, or have any health conditions. I will be buying again.
