Don't act on returns, it's been over a month now and nothing,I even have proof of delivery. I get messages saying change it for this change it for that being all helpful when I ask for refund nothing. Avoid this company.

I have now made another purchase from the fantastic Bunker Mentality golf company order #40319.
The clothing is bright, colourful, washes well and lasts.
I now have about 10 polo shirts, and a couple of gilets, jumpers.
Personally I wont go anywhere else for my golf clothing. Thanks BM you are the best

Absolutely superb customer service . My golf gillet was custom made , I did not read the delivery options and they covered the express delivery . The product is top quality

Avoid this company. I’ve had to chase a returns form for 2 weeks and have been waiting over 6 weeks for a refund on an item that did not fit properly. I’ve sent several emails and made several calls and all have gone unanswered. I would suggest you buy your golf apparel elsewhere. 👎

I had another excellent experience, top service and great products;
the customer service is very well organized, easy ordering, fast shipping, I was very well informed, everything perfect;
the orange socks are very fine and light but warm, the orange colour is special and standing out;
the eye popping pink sweatshirt is great, I love the oversized model, the cute Bunker Heart Logo is set directly on my heart..

Brilliant looking and great quality product - as well put together as any other brand I have ever bought from, and a real standout look on the course.

Have now bought twice from these guys, who design their own kit. Service and communication top drawer as is the quality of the product.
Had to do a return/swap on a couple of items, very smooth process and Freepost.

Great customer service from Jack and Tom on recent purchase. Problems with sizing and eventually had to return both tops despite great help. Will use again. Addition of freepost a real help.

Bought one of their shirts and had a minor problem with it. Sorted in minutes via Email. I can’t believe the standard of the service and the shirt is top notch. British company as well, so think twice before buying one of the foreign brands. I really do recommend them.
