We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of Italy with Bunnik. The itinerary was well balanced, with a great mix of organised sightseeing and free time to explore at our own pace. The local guides were all friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about sharing the history and culture of each destination. The accommodation was comfortable and well located, making it easy to explore during our free time. Our Tour Director, Nevija, was exceptional. She ensured everything ran smoothly from start to finish and was always available to offer helpful recommendations on how to make the most of our free time. Her organisation, professionalism, and warm personality made the experience even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to experience the highlights of Italy in a relaxed, well-organised, and enjoyable way as the itinerary showcased Italy's incredible history, culture, food, and scenery, creating memories we'll treasure for years to come.

We had a great holiday only 17 in our group was well organised met expectations written information/brochure provided by Bunnik was very informative and provided what was written.Tour Director was great friendly, very supportive and available to assist, local guides were good. Great balance of organised tours with guides versus free time. Lots of walking this was clearly outlined in the information. Would use Bunnik again without hesitation. I booked directly with Bunnik and would do this again, the travel specialist contact at Bunnik was great, telephone contact initially and when required otherwise emails.

Great tour. Graziano, our tour guide, was fantastic; very understand of our situation. Enjoyed the company of all others on the tour. Some accommodation was small but comfortable. Too many showers over baths!! Would recommend Bunnick to family & friends. Mark & Jill

This was a great tour however there some things I felt could be improved. We were in a small group of 8 and our first night in Bologna our hotel room was very small with no kettle and cup’s whereas our companions had bigger rooms with tea making facilities provided even for the single travellers. I would suggest that if we have to include a cooking class that it should be a demonstration rather than a participation

Dear Eddy,

Thank you so much for your review of our Italian Discovery tour — we’re thrilled to hear you had a great time overall on your third tour with us!

We’re very sorry to hear that your hotel room in Bologna was smaller than others and lacked tea-making facilities. Room variations can occur, but we understand how frustrating it must have felt in comparison to your fellow travellers. Should anything like this arise in future, please don’t hesitate to speak with your tour director or the hotel reception at the time — or even contact us directly — as we’ll always do our best to assist while you’re on tour. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience you encountered during your stay in Bologna.

Thank you as well for your feedback on the cooking class. We understand that hands-on participation isn’t for everyone, and we appreciate you sharing your perspective — it’s something we’ll keep in mind when reviewing the itinerary.

We hope that both you and Jocelyn have many wonderful memories from your time in beautiful Italy!

Warm regards,
Julie

We thought this trip was fantastic. Well organised, plenty of local experiences as well as good amounts of free time in the towns visited. For major attractions, we were given timed entry tickets, thus avoiding crowds and long waiting times. The standard of accommodation was very good and in a great position too. Our bus drivers were very skilled..necessary in Italy..distances covered each day were not huge, and we had heaps of room on the bus.

I've been trying to find the words to describe how much we enjoyed this amazing trip. It was above and beyond any expectations we had with regard to organisation, accommodation and experiences. It was such a pleasure to have everything organised for us, including ticketing and skipping the long queues. Graziano our tour director was knowledgable and passionate about the country, its art, culture and stories, and with only 14 in our group it was easy to get to know one another. The special "foodie" experiences were especially enjoyable. Well done Bunnik, we are already looking for our next tour with you!

I can highly recommend this tour. We were lucky enough to have Graziano as our guide. He was fantastic. Very knowledgeable with his 30 years experience. He catered to the wishes of our group and went out of his way to give us a very memorable experience. We visited areas exclusively for our group as well as all of the known tourist spots. The coach travel fitted in really well with each visit to choose timing of a less busy period at the tourist spots, and Graziano commentated often with the most interesting facts. Our other guides also did a great job. The hotels and meals were very good. If you haven't seen Italy, do this trip.

A well organised, amazing tour of Italy. A real discovery tour of the history, art, food and culture of Italy. Our guide Graziano was very passionate about Italy and his insight was fantastic. We jumped the queues and had fantastic guides in each individual town. All the food, hotels and tours were great. We especially liked the truffle hunting, pasta making course, winery tour, balsamic vinegar taste and tour, cheese taste and tour and of course museums and a 'few' churches. Well done to all concerned.

The trip was great, at 17 people, and we'll paced most days, with pockets of free time many days. We saw the 'big' things like Pompeii, but there weren't too many sights squashed in. There were also lovely smaller experiences like wineries, cooking and a cultural show. I was worried the trip would be full of churches, but that wasn't the case. The bus driver was very safe and reliable, the local guides knowledgeable and our tour guide, Graziano, was very well organised and a lot of fun.
