I ordered a rug on 4/5/24. When purchased was told I would get a shipping date in 7-10 business days. That never happened I reached out to them and they told me expected shipment date was late May. June 1st came and I never received an update. They finally told my they had to cancel my order and I requested a refund on 6/9. It took 2 weeks till I was told a refund request was made and to wait another 7-10 business day. Come 7/24 (today) I have still not received my refund 15 weeks from date of purchase and 7 weeks from requesting my refund. Response times via email are incredibly slow and many go with no response. I call during business hours and calls go straight to voicemail. Horrible experience. I think this is the first review I’ve ever written of on any company.

would leave a ZERO star if I could. Total scammers. They took money from me for several items and I have never received and have never received any refund. Have been trying to talk to a human for 6 months to get this resolved.

I purchased a wooden desk from this company which is exhibiting signs of defective manufacturing less than one year since delivery.
I have sent numerous emails to the company and have not received a response.

FRAUD. I place an order with this company. They kept telling me it was backordered. After 4 months, I asked for a refund. They have "promised" a refund multiple times, but they never issue one. I have opened a case with the BBB, and they are getting nowhere also. This company is a complete FRAUD. They will steal your money and never deliver.

Contact the Ohio Attorney General's office 800-282-0515 to report these thieves.

I placed an order over a year ago with Burke Decor, and have yet to receive the goods I purchased. Despite my numerous attempts to obtain a refund, my requests have been consistently ignored.

It has come to my attention that Erin Burke and others involved have not only failed to fulfill my order but have also allegedly misappropriated funds from several other customers. Instead of using the money for its intended purpose, it appears they have diverted it as working capital for their business.

This is a serious breach of trust and a clear case of fraud. I am outraged by the unethical and potentially illegal activities being conducted by Erin Burke and their associates.

If there is a class action lawsuit against them, I would like to be included. This fraudulent activity must be addressed, and those responsible should be held accountable for their actions.

Absolute frauds! I would never order from this website and have deterred several of my friends from this site now. I ordered a piece of furniture in December that never came. I posted on here and was able to get an email from client service to send a refund for my purchase that never arrived. Since I did not trust the website with my account information I requested a check as reimbursement. I receive the email on May 21, 2024 and it said that it would be at most 21 day, it is now mid July and I have yet to receive reimbursement. Do not trust this company as they will not deliver, communicate, or refund the money they have taken.

If I could write 0 Stars I would. This company looks flashy and the real deal. They are far from it. Ordered wallpaper 6 months ago and never received shipping details and only one reply to an email chasing it up then nothing. Tried to get a refund through PayPal as they weren't responding and even that hasn't come through as they can't pay. TOTAL SCAMMERS. RUN RUN RUN.

Total nightmare. Still waiting for a refund two months later. I’m sure the folks who are leaving good reviews never had to request a refund- if so they would be equally mad.

Placed an order for wallpaper samples. No shipping information ever received. Contacted customer service via email without any response. Left voicemail messages for customer service without any response. Chat does not work. HORRIBLE COMPANY! No customer service.

I ordered wallpaper back in October 2023. After receiving multiple emails about delays in shipment, they finally told me in April 2024 the wallpaper has been discontinued. I've requested a refund and have not heard back. They totally stop responding to emails and their customer service number only allows you to leave messaged. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a buffet from them back in November 2023. They kept pushing back to the delivery date for months. I cancelled my order and got no response or attempt to refund me until after I contacted the BBB and the attorney general of Ohio. They finally sent me a check in May- but they sent a bad check that my bank couldn't cash. They've gone beyond bad customer service and are now committing crimes apparently. I'm absolutely disgusted with this company.

Do not order from here. We purchased over $9,000 worth of product from them in December/January which was all “ready to ship” at the time of purchase now it’s July and NOTHING! customer service had pushed back the deliver date multiple times and they were unresponsive to requests for a cancellation and refund. We finally had to file a claim with our credit card company. Horrible. We also ordered name brands like Four Hands, Noir and Made Goods that I plan on writing directly to let them know that their integrity is being dragged down with BD.

The fact that I even have to choose 1 star is frustrating. I placed an order for chairs in November of 2023. Kept getting emails saying they were delayed and delayed and delayed. I finally cancelled the order in February and was told a refund would come in 5-7 days. It never did. I now have 17 emails back and forth promising a refund and then never sending it blaming credit card processing, etc. DO NOT buy from this company. They are completely dishonest and will not honor refunds if they don't ship your items. This is a total scam.

Ordered in January expected to ship in MARCH, nothing has been shipped. No replies from customer service, no refunds either. Thinking this site is a SCAM!

I paid almost $800 seven months ago for a table that was supposed to ship in February. Burke pushed that out to mid April, then mid June. It’s the end of June and still not shipped, nor has customer service responded to my last inquiry two weeks ago. I will be canceling the order.

Love Burke Decor -the curation of furniture, lighting, and accessories is unmatched!! Plus love the quick ship options. This is my go-to for residential accessories and always looks so unique and stylish

Terrible company. We ordered wallpaper and after they delayed the delivery by at least 6 weeks we cancelled the order and they agreed to a refund. After another 6 weeks without the refund they are not responding to me anymore. Total rip off.

The WORST customer service ever! I purchased a coffee table in February that was "in stock". I have not received it (it is now late June) and can't reach a person to cancel the order despite several attempts. I just want to cancel my order and get a new table but Burke Decor has my money and refuses to respond.

This Company is an absolute scam, I placed an order on December 24, 2023 and today, June 24, 2024 I had to do a chargeback on my credit card because I was strung along for six months and once I was promised a refund a month ago, nothing was done about it and all communication has ceased from Burke Decor.

If you placed an order with these guys, I recommend just doing a chargeback and not waiting any longer, they clearly do not care about their customers and have no sense of ethics, or any sort of business sense for that matter, so you should simply steer clear and whatever you’re looking for, it’s probably available somewhere else for cheaper and with some kind of reliable shipping.

1/5 stars. Absolutely would not recommend anyone deal with this business, and if you paid with a debit card...via con Dios.
