Businessmagnet Opiniões

I have dealt with Business Magnet for several years now and in that time I have found them to be professional, courteous and easy to deal with. Our account manager keeps in touch regularly to make sure that our content on their website is up to date and performing to the optimum without it being onerous or time consuming on our part.

We have worked with Business Magnet for many years. The service is always very good, they work with us on a regular basis to help improve our internet presence and also have a very nice platform that we share with all of our customers. Our account manager is Ellen and you would be lucky to deal with her, she is top notch!

Thistle Design has used Business Magnet for a variety of promotional purposes for the past five years.
Throughout this time we have found them easy to deal with and in particular have had a good working relationship with our main POC Justin Gutteridge.
Business Magnet have consistently delivered what they said they would and have been instrumental in raising our profile in the Encoder market.

We have been featured on Business Magnet for a number of years now. I have always found my contact there to be accommodating of our needs and also proactive in improving our listing. I would definitely recommend Business Magnet to others.

I have used them for my business for a year and the result has been extremely poor. They send traffic to my site however no one single conversion from this so extremely poor quality. If that was the only thing then I would not have a problem, however I now get more than 10 emails a day from people trying to sell me things or click on links they include. For all of these types of emails they have selected businessmagnet.co.uk in the field stating where they have found us.
To be honest I wish I had never listed my business with them.

Helpful staff and unprompted regular contact make it easy to keep our profile advert page up to date with company news and product changes.

Really pleased with our page, our account manager is great and any amends we require are made within 24 hours, which is also followed up with either an email or phone call.

Statistics are also easily accessible and are a good indicator of how well our page is performing.

I've been using Business Magnet for over 2 years now and have not once had an issue. Great customer service and very easy to work with. The new site is fantastic and i look forward to seeing how they expand in the future. I would highly recommend.

I've been using Business Magnet as one of our key B2B directories for several years now and have always found them a pleasure to deal with, striking a happy medium between professionalism and friendliness and giving efficient service without excessive contact.
I'm hoping the launch of their new site will mean they will become more than just a B2B directory!

Business Magnet are now the only directory we use for the UK market. I like the fact that they manage to keep up to date in a rapidly changing market. Their customer service also seems to be the best of the bunch. Overall good value for money.

Really pleased with the service, these guys are very personable and good to deal with.

Ian

I take this time out of another busy day to express my gratitude for the way you have handled my business. I have around 10 companies chasing my business either aggressively or to the other end of the scale, simply not being bothered.

I must commend you on your professionalism throughout our negotiations. You have called when you said, understood when I couldn’t take the call and fully understood my needs.

I would like you to pass on this email to your line manager as it’s not something I usually take the time out to do.

Please ensure we receive this same level of service during the next 12 months.

Thank-you Ian, you are a credit to your industry and indeed your company

Works well and good support

Recently started with Business Magnet and very happy with the professional response and layout suggestions. They keep in touch to examine further positive improvements. We are getting more RFQ's for our products as a result.

We have worked with Businessmagnet since 2011 and are very satisfied with the services they offer and the sales enquiries we receive from our advert on this online business to business directory.
Over the years I have found their staff to be professional and helpful, and really value the regular follow up calls I receive throughout the year to check that our advert is meeting our needs and is up to date. Our account manager, Michael Whitehouse is a credit to his company.

We swapped to Business Magnet from an alternative business directory and was impressed straightaway with the professionalism of the site. The great service we received initially has not wained 2 years down the track - we receive regular prompts regarding updates which, as a busy company, is exactly what we need.
Overall, a great service, easy to use - highly recommended.
