Absolutely value for money

Absolutely value for money, my postie thinks its great when he delivers Bella her box as she recognises it and goes bonkers, crying with excitement. Highly recommend this to everyone :)

It's the happiest day of the month

It's the happiest day of the month when buster box arrives. I can't show it to the girls untill my husband comes home as he loves to see them react to seeing the box. One loves the toys one loves the treats.
Because of cost I really need to cancel it but just can't do it to my girls.

My little Yorkshire terrier mix knows exactly when his box arrives and cannot wait for me to open it and then decide which toy he wants first. His big brother a golden retriever gets second choice on toys. They both love the treats to

Happy dog, happy owner.

Great new, good quality products every month that i dont see in local supermarkets which is fabulous as gives variety and
I swear my dog recognises the box when its delivered after being a customer for 2 years. Never disapointed with the selection and the fact its seasonal themed is great too.

Themes are so much fun

My dog is a shredder and his monthly toys fron buster box are great. They challenge him and he is always so excited to see that box arrive at the door. There hasn't been one single treat that he has disliked and the themes are so much fun. Even myself and my son get excited to see what surprises are there for him every month.

Buster box vs labs

My dogs ( i have two labs ) know when there buster box is due! They sit at the window and wait for the courier, I get one box for both of them to share they get a toy each every month (and so far haven't destroyed any of them!)they share 3/4 packets of treats, last month they had chocolate egg biscuits so I let them share the full packet on easter Sunday! They knew i was holding back as kept going to the cupboard were i keep them.They love there monthly treats.

Excellent value for money

BusterBox has been supplying my dog Fenryr with boxes of treats and toys for the past few years. He really looks forward to them. They are excellent value for money.

Fantastic company !!

Fantastic company I’ve been using buster box now for nearly 2 years. I can say my boy Zeus absolutely loves it when his buster box comes through the door. He gets excited to see what treats and toys he may have this time !!
The delivery’s on Time every time, great customer service. All in I would recommend to anyone and I do when ever I get the chance.

Excellent experience love seeing my dog…

Excellent experience love seeing my dog excited to see the box when it comes, loves the toys and treats. Easy to talk to and have upgraded my box with one long lasting toy as some of the stuffed toys don't last my dog as he does love to chew them.

My 3 Romanian rescues love the Buster…

My 3 Romanian rescues love the Buster Box delivery, Rudy even opens the box himself these days!
The tough toys are excellent quality and survive even my sister’s Boxer dog Dave’s relentless gnawing.

Avoid at all cost

Avoid at all cost . Total waste of lieu the goods delivered don’t go anywhere near the cost of £25. And the so called free bed promotion is a scam. You try to complaining and get fobbed off. Try to cancel and you have to pay £29 to end it

We would like to clarify that the free bed promotion was part of a discounted introductory offer linked to a subscription plan, which is clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Customers also have the option to choose a non-subscription purchase if preferred.

We never want any customer to feel “fobbed off,” and we do try to work with every customer to find a fair resolution.
Where a customer wishes to cancel after receiving promotional goods, we offer the option to either return the unused items or pay the reduced promotional balance for products kept.

That said, customer satisfaction is important to us, and we would still welcome the opportunity to resolve this for you directly. Please contact our support team with your order details so we can review your case further.

This is an incredibly unprofessional company, poor quality over priced

This is an incredibly unprofessional company, because I am disputing over payments and not receiving boxes they have blocked my email address. So here is my letter to Lana in customer services, maybe I will get a response?
Dear Lana,

I am writing further to your recent response regarding my subscription, I find this overwhelmingly stressful having to put this on social media however it appears my email address has been blocked.

 I must formally dispute the claim that my first box was a complimentary promotional box.

When I signed up in January 2025, I was charged £17.99 for my first box. This is clearly evidenced in my bank statements, along with subsequent charges as follows:

- 14th February – £19.99
- 14th March – £19.99
- 14th April – £19.99
- 14th July – £19.99
- 12th August – £19.99
- 12th September – £19.99
- 13th October – £19.99
- 12th November – £19.99
- 12th December – £19.99
- 12th January – £19.99
- 16th March – £19.99
- 17th March – £19.99

This totals 13 payments, despite the agreement being for a 12-month subscription. Additionally, as confirmed in previous correspondence, payments are taken one month in advance. This further supports that I have been overcharged.

I would also like clear confirmation of when my last box was dispatched, as the last box I physically received was in January.

Based on the above, I am owed either:

- 3 outstanding boxes, or
- A full refund for 3 boxes (my preferred resolution)

For clarity, I have thoroughly reviewed both my bank statements and all email confirmations, and I am confident in the accuracy of the information I am presenting.

I must also express my disappointment with the overall quality of recent boxes. Having reviewed other customer feedback, I share similar concerns regarding the noticeably lower quality of toys and treats.

I would appreciate this matter being resolved promptly. Please arrange the refund for the 3 boxes without further delay, or provide a clear explanation and resolution if you disagree with the above.

I look forward to your urgent response.

We’re really sorry to see your experience hasn’t met expectations, and we completely understand how frustrating this situation must feel.

We did send you another email this morning and have replied to all three of your previous emails, so we’re sorry if you haven’t been receiving them—please do check your junk/trash folder just in case they’ve been filtered there.

After reviewing your account, as explained in our email, you signed up for a 12-month subscription. As the auto-renewal was not turned off, an additional payment was taken; however, we have already refunded this for you. This means you have only paid for 12 boxes in total.

As payments are taken one month in advance, you have one final box due to be dispatched on April 15th. This will be your last box, and we can confirm your account is now cancelled with no further payments to be taken.

If you still have any questions, please reply to our latest email and we’ll be happy to help further.
