Buttonsmith Opiniões

The fabric of the T-shirt was not what I was expecting. I expected a cotton T-shirt, and instead received a thin, stretchy, clinging nylon one. Sizing and fabric did not work on my body. I had to throw it out. Very disappointing. The printing was good.

Great quality product, this is my second purchase. Love the pin on style. Most importantly it is made in America. Would like to see mix and match reels and buttons.

Great product, although I had to return it. Customer service was top notch!

The collar I ordered was delivered in less than a week the quality of the collar is very and the printing of my dogs name and my phone number were prominent and very easy to read. The collar is a much better identification device than a tag attached to a collar.

Great experience with Buttonsmith and the customer support team of executives. Their response is quite quick friendly and offer a high service level.

Fast shipping, item as described. Wonderful!

ordered a lanyard online. arrived quickly and was high quality. very beautiful, 5/5.

This company was one of only a few which offered the type of personal I.D. card that I was looking for. The price was reasonable and the delivery after the order was extraordinarily fast. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

First time buyer.
They were very helpful and
quite courteous. Will recommend!

I ordered a customized collar for our foster dog Beatrix. It was shipped the day of order and arrived within a few days. The quality is excellent. I was very pleased the purchase, as was Beatrix. 🐶

This company is by far the most customer service friendly ever experienced. Ordered the wrong size collar for my Bassett and these guys....these wonderful people....sent me a replacement. No charge. Don't get this type of service and to make it even better.....Made in America!

Was cute but for my small small dog the clip was a bit big.

I love these dog collars! I've ordered before and we have 2 additions to our dog family so needed a couple more. They wash well in the washing machine.

Excellent products union made in USA this is my third purchase in several years and all I can say is Great guality, price and recived in four days after placing order ! Thanks !

Awesome buttons have had my badge reel for years

I ordered the wrong item (derp) and they fixed it - no problem. Spoke with an actual human who reassured me they would take care of it - and they did! Love this company!!!!

Wonderful company. My order was high quality, reasonably priced, and quick delivery! Thank you!

They sent me the wrong size collar. Have not heard back from them yet about correcting their mistake.

The quality of the product and the help along the way were both much appreciated. Thanks again. Ruth Pickering
