Overall I have had a positive experience dealing with Buxtons.
Customer support is good and they have a well designed website with a good product range at reasonable prices.
On the negative side I thought I had placed an online order via PayPal and after a week of it not arriving I investigated to find the order somehow was not processed. This may have been my fault, I honestly do not know what happened. I reordered on a Saturday, within the time shown on the onscreen countdown clock, and paid extra for DPD Next Day Delivery, expecting the order to arrive Monday. I rang to check Monday to be told the order had not been processed and would be delivered the following day (Tuesday). So I needn't have bothered to pay extra for Next Day as I needed the items for that Monday and didn't get them in time. So the on screen clock countdown was a little misleading. Seems Buxtons close mid day on a Saturday and if you order too late they are not processed until the following Monday.
