Morning Patrick, Thanks for providing us with feedback. I'm sorry your order hasn't been delivered as of yet. Despatched on Tuesday so should've been with you by the weekend. I've tracked it with Royal Mail and it was last scanned in Manchester on Saturday. Whether this was sent there in error or that's one of their sorting hubs but not been scanned since. Needed a new desk-light for my reorganised 'study'. Received my well-packaged unit very quickly, so very happy. The touch control on the Daylight Luminos LED Lamp is really useful, as is the long-reach of the articulated arm. For me, it's a highly recommended buy.

Decent price, quick delivery and good customer support. The products were just what I wanted. Customer service replied to my whatsapp message within a few hours and gave me the help I needed. I'd buy from them again. The website is a little dated but I managed to get what I needed.
