Prompt, efficient and excellent service all round
Arrived within the one day time frame for delivery. Was updated at every stage of my order from start to finish.
Arrived very well packaged and whilst there was nothing wrong with the item, I did have a query regarding it. This was answered promptly and effectively.
As far as I’m concerned a very good company to deal with and I would definitely recommend and would buy from again.

Rubi Diamond Disc
Called in for some advice on what Diamond Cutting Disc I needed for 20mm Porcelain patio tiles and left with the perfect disc for the job. Brilliant advice and some tips on how to get the best from the disc. Having just used it, I got perfect cuts every time, not bad for a DIYer. Outstanding service once again from Buy Brand Tools.
